1. Will I get a body like Vijay in 12 week?
This program is based on the training program created for Vijay for liger movie. It’s a progressive training program. You will definitely benefit and will become the best version of yourself. Every body type is different. Everyone will respond differently But, everyone will definitely see the best version of themselves following the program.
2. Im a girl. Will I bulk up on this program?
No! women cannot physiologically bulk up as easily as men. You will not bulk up but you will get toned and become strong. It is an intense program and If you control your calorie intake you will definitely not bulk up.
3. Do I need to join a gym to do this program ?
Yes! You will have to have access to strength equipment.
4. Why this 12 week transformation program?
It’s so everyone should have a chance to have a beautiful physique and be their best version.
5. Do I need to hire a trainer for this program?
No! You do not need a trainer because everything has been explained in detail with workout videos as well.
6. What about the nutrition aspect?
Sample diets have been given. The ratios for intake of your macros has been provided for all 12 weeks.
