Over the years, I discovered that these limits were not purely physical, but also mental and emotional. This added another dimension to my approach to fitness; I started training both my mind and my body and saw better results, in a shorter span of time.

To me, fitness is not a passing fad or fancy..it is my very soul and passion. I have been in this field since my school days and this is what has brought me the greatest joy in my life. I was first introduced to this by my grandfather who was a true Punjabi braveheart. He trained me in my formative years with his “Dangal” knowledge in fitness. The “desi” style of training is therefore a crucial part of my idea on fitness. The knowledge and importance of “desi” foods and its nutritive goodness is the foundation of my nutrition program as well. My educated, scientifically-backed knowledge along with my grandfather’s experience and desi style of training is the crux of my fitness programs. It is my life’s mission to make sure everyone understands the true meaning of “ fitness”.
