“HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK IS THE CHALLENGE & WHAT DURATION IS THE AVERAGE WORKOUT? The Weight Loss Challenge is over 7 days per week with each workout lasting 30 minutes (this is not including warm-up and cool down). You will have yoga on one day to stretch and release your body a little.
IS EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THIS CHALLENGE? No. All workout is bodyweight and does not require any special equipment.
CAN I DO THIS AT THE SAME TIME AS ANY OTHER WORKOUT CHALLENGE? No, this challenge is designed to be a standalone program that includes the perfect amount of volume included to achieve the goal of maximum fat loss without sacrificing strength or size
CAN WOMEN DO THIS CHALLENGE? Absolutely! Though fat storage tends to occur differently in women than it does in men, the power of this challenge is that it acts globally by ignoring spot reduction myths and working instead on maximizing caloric burn without sacrificing the lean muscle you have.
