“HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK IS THE CHALLENGE & WHAT DURATION IS THE AVERAGE WORKOUT? The Weight Loss Challenge is over 7 days per week with each workout lasting 30 minutes (this is not including warm-up and cool down). You will have yoga on one day to stretch and release your body a little.

IS EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THIS CHALLENGE? No. All workout is bodyweight and does not require any special equipment.

CAN I DO THIS AT THE SAME TIME AS ANY OTHER WORKOUT CHALLENGE? No, this challenge is designed to be a standalone program that includes the perfect amount of volume included to achieve the goal of maximum fat loss without sacrificing strength or size
